Not Sure What Treatment You Need?
Start with your skin concern
You don't need to come to Saints knowing whether you need microneedling, a peel, polynucleotides or something completely different. Tell us what's bothering you and we'll help you work out where to start.
Every skin is different, so we'll look at what's actually going on rather than putting everyone on the same treatment plan.
Concern 01
Acne & Acne Scarring
Acne can be frustrating, especially when you're left dealing with marks and scarring long after the breakouts have settled. We can help with concerns including active breakouts, congestion, post-acne marks, uneven texture and acne scarring.
Depending on your skin, we may recommend treatments such as BioRePeel, microneedling, RF microneedling, CO2 laser or a combination of treatments. If your skin is inflamed or your barrier is struggling, we may need to get that under control first.

Pigmentation
Pigmentation can show up as patches, uneven skin tone, sun damage or marks left behind after spots. There isn't one treatment that works for every type of pigmentation, which is why we'll always look at your skin before recommending anything.
Your plan may include peels, microneedling, laser treatments or targeted skincare, depending on the type and cause of the pigmentation.

Fine Lines & Ageing
Ageing skin isn't something we're trying to completely erase. Our approach is more about helping your skin look healthier, fresher and stronger while keeping you looking like you. Depending on what's bothering you, we may work on hydration, collagen, skin quality, volume loss or muscle movement.
Treatments may include anti-wrinkle treatment, Sculptra, Rejuran polynucleotides, skin boosters, Hydromax, microneedling, RF microneedling or CO2 laser.

Redness & Sensitive Skin
If your skin regularly feels hot, red, irritated or reacts to everything you put on it, doing more treatments isn't always the answer. Sometimes we need to calm the skin down first — we'll look at your skin barrier, current products and what may be triggering your sensitivity before deciding what to do next.
For some clients, the first step is simply repairing and strengthening the skin barrier before introducing anything stronger.

Dry or Damaged Skin Barrier
Dry skin and a damaged skin barrier aren't always the same thing. If your skin feels tight, sore, flaky, irritated or suddenly sensitive to products you previously tolerated, your barrier may need some attention.
Rather than exfoliating it even more, we may recommend barrier repair treatments, hydration and a simpler home skincare routine first. Once your skin is healthy again, we can look at any other concerns you'd like to treat.

Skin Laxity
If your concern is that your skin feels looser, your jawline has softened or you're starting to notice jowling, adding filler isn't always the answer. We'll look at whether the change is coming from skin laxity, volume loss, facial structure or a combination of things.
Depending on what we see, we may recommend treatments such as HIFU, RF microneedling, Sculptra, CO2 laser or carefully placed dermal filler. Sometimes a combination works best, but we'll never recommend more treatment just for the sake of it.
