Before my visit I felt nervous but Laura was so friendly and put me right at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and talked me through the process then asked if I still had any further questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.   As I'm not a person to get many beauty treatments I was very nervous however Laura put me at ease straight away and talked me through the treatment.
